Grivner joins the company from XO Communications, where he served as CEO for 12 years. Grivner has 23 years of industry experience, including roles at Worldport Communications, Cable&Wireless (western hemisphere), and Advanced Fibre Communications. He will be based in Singapore.

He has a proven track record in delivering on consistent growth while maintaining operational efficiencies.”
Pacnet drew on Grivner’s success at XO Communications, where he grew revenues over 50% to $1.5 billion as a further reason for the appointment. His role in transforming XO Communications from being a local exchange carrier to a national carrier was also noted.
