The launches in Harbour Exchange, London and Gutleutstrasse, Frankfurt are hoped to grow Hibernia’s global footprint and better its service offerings to carriers, ISPs and enterprises.
“Hibernia is continually working to improve its network with more geographic density, enhanced technological delivery platforms and the highest level of reliability available,” said Bjarni Thorvardarson, CEO at Hibernia Networks.
“Hibernia’s very diverse European connectivity options empower customers with the highest possible capacity services to reach the necessary locations for their network needs.”
TeleCity’s data centres are expected to enable Amazon Web Services (AWS) and LINX (London Internet Exchange) connectivity in London, and global peering solutions for DE-CIX customers in Frankfurt.
“The addition of Hibernia’s network into our Harbour Exchange and Gutleutstrasse data centres is a plus for our clients, expanding their options for secure, diverse connectivity,” said Michael Tobin, CEO at TelecityGroup.
“Operating carrier neutral data centres throughout Europe, TelecityGroup is home to organisations that require high performance capacity to fuel their highly connected environments.”
