The 4G services are expected to be initially available in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht and parts of The Hague.
The LTE network sits in the 1800MHz band and will include data speeds of up to 50Mbps.
T-Mobile estimates that 100,000 customers will be able to access the network, and it is also using the 900MHz band to develop its HSPA services.
The announcement from T-Mobile follows reports in August this year that Vodafone had launched 4G services in the Netherlands.
