Vodafone currently has a total of 50MHz of 800MHz, 1800MHz, and 2600MHz spectrum bandwidth in FDD mode and 20MHz of 2600MHz in TDD mode in Spain. This latest solution will improve Vodafone's network capacity in the country.
NSN also demonstrated successful TDD-FDD carrier aggregation at MWC this week, in partnership with two Korean operators.
