The capabilities will be accessible through instant messaging, voice, web, video conferencing and application sharing using a single, intuitive interface.
AT&T claims the unified communications deployment is its most comprehensive to date for a single business customer.
Shell employees will also be able to connect to each other using a wide range of connected devices including PCs, tablets and smartphones.
The solution enables voice, data files and video sharing across all major mobile operating platforms including Windows, Windows Phone, iOS and Android.
