Pastwa is due to take on the role as soon as possible and no later than June 2016.
He leaves his position as CFO of Codan/Trygg-Hansa for the new role, and has also served in financial functions at DSB (Danske Statsbaner – Denmark’s largest train operating firm), Saxo Bank and Møller Mærsk.
Pastwa is chairman of the board of directors for Chr. Olesen & Co and Allianceplus A/S, as well as member of the board of directors for Global Knowledge and Hedeselskabet.
He holds a bachelor degree in accounting from the Copenhagen Business School, and management education from the London Business School, IMD Business School (Switzerland) and Stanford University.
Earlier this month, TDC announce plans to reorganise its Danish operations in a bid better its customer experience.
