The bank was part of the consortium of investors that won the auction to take on Vivacom’s debt, according to Kommersant.
As part of the deal, the bank will receive a 20% minus one share stake in Vivacom, with Viva Telecoms owning 46% while Delta will hold 19%, with minority shareholders owning 15% plus one share, a source close to the deal told Kommersant.
