It is Ascenty’s fifth data centre, accompanying sites in in the cities Campinas, Jundiaí, Hortolândia and in metropolitan Fortaleza. It will connect into Ascenty’s 3.900km fibre optic network.

“Some of the country's leading companies are based in the region and these clients can now host their data on a site near their headquarters. Our fibre optic network allows our customers to connect to all our data centres as well as the principal telecom operators and peering points in the country."
Ascenty also plans to build a second data centre in São Paulo, the company revealed at Capacity Latam, now that the first is up and running. This centre is currently under construction and is scheduled to be commissioned at the end of April.
