In his new role, Gooden will be responsible for driving ZOMM’s financial strategy as the company continues to grow. Before joining ZOMM, Gooden worked with Motricity where he held various roles including CFO and SVP of corporate development. Gooden was one of Motricity’s first employees and crucial to the growth of the business. Prior to his work with Motricity, Gooden served as CFO for PowerByHand, which provide direct-to-consumer mobile content distribution services. In this role he was responsible for the operation, management and strategic direction of the company’s financial resources.
