Data centre solution provider, Digital Realty Trust, has appointed Kris Kumar as SVP and regional head of Asia-Pacific.
He will be responsible for over-seeing the company’s corporate activities in Asia and the Pacific Rim, including developing relationships with partners and new customers in the region and identifying strategic investment opportunities.
Kumar has 28 years of experience in the IT, data centre infrastructure, property and marine industries. He joined Digital Realty Trust in May 2010 having been president and co-founder of Global DC. Before this he was director of strategy for Asia-Pacific at Nortel Networks.
