KPN is to appoint Eric Hageman as CFO. He has been acting as full time interim CFO since January 2012 and will continue in this position until he officially takes on the role at KPN’s shareholder meeting in September.
Hageman held the position of CEO at KPN Group Belgium before his interim appointment.
He joined KPN in 2005 as head of investor relations, before becoming head of mergers and acquisitions in 2007 and CFO of the company’s international mobile division from 2008 to mid-2011.
Before joining the company he worked for nearly a decade as a corporate financier in London, holding various management positions at ABN-AMRO and Deutsche Bank.
