The figure represents 44% of the total Virgin Media Group revenue growth for the nine months of this year.
The unit’s wholesale data revenue was said to be up by 36% to £45.5 million due to revenue from new contracts. Wholesale voice revenue also grew by £1 million to £5 million. Local Area Network solutions and other revenue was, however, down £2.1 million to £7.4 million.

Two successful trials of small cell technology resulted in mobile data speeds of up to 90Mbps. This technology will finally enable mobile operators to deliver a service that will enable their customers to enjoy 3G as they should and will help to support their 4G or LTE future.”
