Crouch previously served as regional president of North America sales at Level 3, and he has been with the company for more than a decade. He has also served as group VP for sales in wholesale, and as president of wholesale markets group.
Jeff Storey, president and COO at Level 3, highlighted a renewed customer focus by the company as a reason for the appointment.
“We are pleased to have Andrew assume this expanded role for the company,” he said. “Andrew has been working closely with our customers for a number of years and we know he will continue to emphasise that customer focus across the broader North America organisation.”
Prior to joining Level 3, Crouch held executive positions at British Telecom and Concert, a joint venture between BT and AT&T.
Crouch added: “I’m proud to lead this team as we work to support the growth, efficiency and security of our customers’ business.”
