The centre’s 3,600ft² video wall is powered by Nokia Siemens Networks’ dashboard solution which is said to help allow the operator to monitor and analyse its entire network operations in a unified video view.
It aims to provide performance and usage view of Airtel’s networks and services across geographies, mobile services and devices. This includes its entire GSM, 3G and 4G networks.
Jagbir Singh, CTO and director of network services group at Bharti Airtel, believes the centre has “set a new standard in the infrastructure of the South Asian telecom industry”.
“This new centre, with the world’s biggest video wall, is an important addition to our competitive edge in this data-centric world,” he added.
