NSN hopes the project will enhance its Liquid Applications solution, and the vendor invites companies, start-ups and entrepreneurs in Israel to find ways to exploit the potential of its Liquid Applications solution.
NSN’s solutions work to alter the role of a base station and act as a local hub for mobile network delivery and content delivery.
Innovations are expected to create new value for operators as well as enhancing customer experience. Successful entries, submitted through NSN’s competition page by May 15, will be considered for partnership opportunities and becoming part of the global mobile broadband ecosystem.
“Israel is one of the world’s most vibrant technology and innovation hot spots,” said Hossein Moiin, EVP, technology and innovation at NSN.
“With our collaborative and outside-in innovation approach, we hope to translate ideas from the Israeli high-tech ecosystem into solutions around our Liquid Applications.”
Submissions will be assessed by experts from NSN along with possible representatives from Intel Capital, Cellcom Israel, Israel Export and International Cooperation Institute. Six entries will be selected to appear at the Israel Innovation Event on June 27 where entrants can present their applications to press and the assessment team.
