The operator will deploy Infinera’s platform for its end-to-end management system solutions across its network of 30 countries, 102 cities and through 21 city networks.
Infinera’s Chris Champion, VP of EMEA sales, said the benefits of investing in optical transport solution like DTN-X “enables operators to win new business by delivering services faster than competitors”.
"Speed to deliver services is key in our industry,” said Jonathan Wright, VP, service provider at Interoute.
“Infinera's solutions have enabled us to deliver anywhere from 10Gbs to 500Gbs capacity quickly and allows us to efficiently provision services, as the market dictates."
Web hosting company OVH selected Infinera's DTN-X platform to increase the capacity of its pan-European network in January.
