iconectiv’s Mobile ID solution is expected to accurately route TI Sparkle’s SMS and voice calls, as well as simplify interconnect management.
“With a growing percentage of our total traffic being routed to ported numbers, we needed to source the most accurate number portability database on the market that would also ensure maximum reliability and cost efficiency,” said Leonardo Cerciello, EVP of marketing at Telecom Italia Sparkle.
TI Sparkle is also hoped to benefit from iconectiv’s anti-fraud numbering database to prevent IRSF and revenue leakage.
