XO Enterprise Cloud, XO Cloud Drive, and XO Cloud Vault are designed to provide better flexibility, security and performance for business customers.
Customers are also expected to benefit from the ability to tailor these solutions to fit the particular needs of their organisations.
"IT organisations are continually pressured to support an increasing number of mission-critical applications with fewer resources, causing businesses to seek out virtual solutions as a way to effectively and efficiently expand core operations without spending unnecessary capital," said Jake Heinz, VP of marketing at XO Communications.
"In response to this industry need, XO Communications has expanded our services or dedicated cloud resources.”
The cloud solutions leverage Tier III data centres and the XO nationwide network, in order to ensure the delivery of IT Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solutions.
“This commitment to the Infrastructure-as-a-Service market puts XO Communications in the best position to serve mid and large-sized businesses for their computing, data and network requirements,” Heinz added.
The launch follows an agreement XO Communications signed earlier this year with Level 3 for long-term internet traffic exchange.
