The ROC Asset Assurance solution is said to offer an overview of all network asset lifecycles, helping CTOs and CFOs to manage and reduce network capital expense.
According to Subex, emerging technologies such as LTE are causing networks to expand and leading to an overall increase in annual network spending.
The company claims the solution helped one operator retrieve $25 million in stranded assets – unknown to inventory – in the network.
“Subex’s ROC Asset Assurance provides finance stakeholders with a holistic, network-wide view of not only asset lifecycles, but up-to-date tracking of capital spend versus budget,” said Vinod Kumar, COO, Subex.
Earlier this year, Subex was selected by Almadar to provide its fraud management solutions to the Libyan telecoms operator.
