TeliaSonera International Carrier (TSIC) has appointed Ilya Bulaev as its new sales director for the Russian region.
In his role, Bulaev will be responsible for strategically steering all facets of sales development operations across the Russian and other Commenwealth of Independent States (CIS) markets, in addition to providing motivation, training and strategic sales support.
Bulaev has over 10 years’ experience in the sector, and has previously held leadership and technical roles at a range of telecoms companies.
Of the appointment, Pawel Smalinski, region sales director, CEE, Russia, Middle East and Africa at TSIC, commented on Bulaev’s strategic global vision.
