The CTU cancelled the country’s spectrum auction in March this year after an increase in demand with bidding becoming excessive.
Companies wishing to apply may do so until September 30 and the CTU will reportedly consider all applicants on October 1.
Successful bidders will take part in training and two trial auctions following selection.
The assignment of blocks is expected to be completed by the year end and the auction will conclude in early 2014, according to reports.
