| Ethiopia has signed an $800 million network agreement with China’s ZTE to expand mobile infrastructure in the country and introduce 4G broadband across Addis Ababa. The agreement is also expected to enable the roll-out of a 3G service across the country and the partnership with ZTE is part of a joint agreement with Huawei Technologies, worth approximately $1.6 billion.
