Lopez replaces Ludovic Pech, who took on the position of CFO at Belgium’s Mobistar earlier this year.
Lopez was previously VP of the business performance and controlling department in the home and convergence unit at Orange Group.
He joined the company in 2000 from Orange Spain, and in 2009 started working at Orange Group’s headquarters in Paris.
Lopez has extensive experience in fixed services, internet and convergence sectors.
In May this year, Orange Romania requested permission for satellite space from Romania’s National Audiovisual Council (CNA).
