The company has deployed Ciena’s 6500 Packet-Optical Platform, which is designed to meet growing bandwidth needs from the enterprise segment, particularly for high-speed data centre connectivity and digital media transmission.
Fibertech is present in 29 mid-size markets in the eastern and central regions of the United States, operating a fibre-optic network of over 9,000 route miles and more than 8,000 on-net buildings.
