Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) in the country are now expected to be able to collaborate with customers in real-time and Abu Etu, portfolio manager at Vodacom Nigeria, expects this to significantly improve their productivity.
“We will provide and manage the software, renew licences, do the upgrades and ensure full security of our customers’ data,” Etu said.
“Customers simply lease it from us at an affordable monthly or yearly fee as it suits them.”
In May this year, South African operator Liquid Telecom selected Telarix’s SaaS solution for its voice traffic management.
