Consolidated revenues from operations were up 12% year-on-year, growing from approximately $798 million to approximately $819 million.
Global voice revenues grew by 8%, while global data revenues grew by 17%.
The company attributed its growth in the third quarter to its global data solutions business, driven by Ethernet, VPN solutions and managed services.
“Tata Communications continues to deliver sustained and profitable growth on the back of investments into innovative services and brand, as well as prudent cost management. Our business mix is favourably trending towards a higher proportion of managed services and consumption by Enterprise customers,” said Vinod Kumar, MD and CEO, Tata Communications.
Q3 2013 saw Tata announce that its network is ready to provide international voice over LTE calling, while it also recently launched a mobile VoIP platform.
