The move is part of a managed services contract finalised last year, which is reportedly the largest in Europe.
The Chinese vendor said that it completed the transition of network operations in early January this year.
ZTE has migrated the entire IT infrastructure from the previous service provider to a ZTE data centre, while implementing a spare parts management system and deploying new software tools, including its ZSmart platform.
In January, ZTE announced plans to restructure its organisation by adopting a flattened management structure and making a series of new appointments.
