The seven-year, multi-million pound contract will see Vodafone provide and manage a cloud-based contact centre service to support 12,000 Aviva employees across multiple sites in the UK and Ireland.
Building on a 17-year relationship between the two companies, Vodafone will also next year provide its One Net unified communications suite to Aviva employees, which includes services such as sharing, instant messaging and conferencing.
