Network Application and Services (NAS) will serve Indonesian enterprises, multinationals and Australian companies operating in the country.
The JV will offer locally supported managed data network and security services, as well as cloud and unified communications services.
“The JV will offer an integrated end-to-end service, unique in the Indonesian market, by enabling NAS to be bundled with Telkom’s connectivity and sold through Telkom Indonesia and Telstra’s enterprise sales’ teams,” said Brendon Riley, group executive, Telstra Global Enterprise and Services.
The JV aims to begin serving solutions to enterprise customers in Indonesia in 2015. It will be led by CEO Phil Sporton, who will oversee a team of 15,000 people across three continents.
