She will serve on the company’s executive leadership team assuming responsibility for global corporate and legal affairs.
Verneuil brings over 10 years of experience working for financial institutions, mainly focussed on capital markets and M&A transactions.

In late August, GCX also appointed Mark Simpson as North America president.
The appointments come as the former Reliance Globalcom business pushes ahead with plans to deploy a new cloud platform designed to tap into the global demand from enterprise and new media organisations.
