The addition of KVH expands Telarix’s user base, and KVH will benefit from Telarix’s routing, trading and billing system for an advanced level of automation and efficiency.
KVH has also implemented Telarix’s iXLink b2b exchange service to connect seamlessly with the carrier community.
John Tolton, VP of Asia Pacific sales at Telarix, said that KVH has an impressive approach to the wholesale market.
“They have realised that with this unified platform solution they can improve the quality and cost of delivering organic traffic internationally as well as creating a new line of hubbing revenues and margins,” Tolton said.
“Becoming part of the iXLink user community has already resulted in mutually beneficial partnerships, allowing other carriers in the community to benefit as well.”
The combination of iXTools and iXLink is expected to deliver enhanced visibility and control of network provisioning for KVH; enabling revenue and margin growth.
“Telarix was the clear choice to help us meet our strategic objectives without a large capital investment,” said Yasufumi Ota, SVP of business planning and access management at KVH.
“Our partnership with Telarix provides improved levels of automation, efficiencies and connections.”
In December last year, Telarix partnered with JeraSoft for its iXLink platform.
