The Sweden-based company will offer mobile services to its business sector on the T-Mobile network.
“We are happy to have reached an MVNO agreement with T-Mobile. This enables us to better meet our current customers’ needs and become even more attractive on the market through more competitive offers,” said Niklas Sonkin, EVP of Central Europe and Eurasia at Tele2.
Last November, it confirmed plans to re-enter the mobile sector, saying the re-introduction of mobile services will be the final piece in its “full-service jigsaw.”
Tele2 previously operated as an MVNO in Austria but divested its operations to Telekom Austria in 2008.
