Charlier served as chairman and CEO of SFR during 2012-2014. Prior to that, he was the CEO for education technology company Promethean World.

Lunder, who has held the position of CEO since July 2011, is leaving the company “to take up other opportunities” but will continue to serve as an advisor to the group until July 13.
