Net profit increased to $423.5 million in 2014 with revenue rising by 8.3% to approximately $13.1 billion.
The Chinese vendor claims it was the fastest-growing provider of 4G solutions globally in 2014, introducing network solutions such as Cloud Radio, QCell, UBR and Magic Radio.
In 2014, it also launched its M-ICT strategy, which targets growth in telecoms, enterprise ICT and consumer devices.
