The move will use Tata’s IZO network platform to help provide businesses with private network connectivity for Salesforce’s CRM solutions.
The global partner interconnect agreement is said to deliver fast provisioning, increase productivity and ensure privacy and data protection through private network connections.
“Our recent, independent research confirms that organisations are experiencing benefits they didn’t expect from cloud services and realising competitive advantages from cloud deployments,” said Julie Woods-Moss, CMO and CEO of NextGen business at Tata Communications.
“We are committed to creating a global ecosystem that harnesses our extensive global network and enables global organisations to meet the needs of their businesses and drive customer success by adopting the cloud confidently and securely.”
Tata launched IZO in October 2014, and has since grown the ecosystem to over 20 network providers covering 34 countries. It serves four of the largest cloud platforms on the market: Salesforce, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft® Azure™ and Google Cloud Platform.
