Tele2 signs M2M and IoT deals

Tele2 has announced a series of partnerships in the machine-to-machine (M2M) and internet of things (IoT) space within the Benelux region.

The company has signed up a number of local partners in a bid to strengthen its presence in the region to meet the increasing demand of M2M and IoT implementations.

“By integrating and partnering with best of breed local partners in the region, we make sure that our customers get qualitative solutions tailored to their specific needs,” said Rami Avidan, commercial director at Tele2 M2M. “Through our partnerships, we also make it simpler and quicker for the customers to roll-out the solutions in scale.”

The new partners include RedSalt, Giant Leap Technologies, MobileTrack, MultiCap, Service Cruiser and AVIC.

In January 2015, the company signed an M2M partnership with Aerea in a move to leverage Aerea’s Sigfox network in Holland.
