Part of Tata’s IZO cloud platform, the service claims to create an enterprise-grade hybrid cloud that works with public clouds.
The service is available in India, Singapore, Hong Kong, the US and the UK, and is said to facilitate the expansion of global businesses to these regions.
“Following the launch of our pioneering IZO cloud enablement platform, IZO Private Cloud is the next step on our mission to harness our partnerships, global network and data centre infrastructure, to empower CIOs to capitalise on the opportunities of hybrid cloud,” said Genius Wong, president of global network services as well as cloud and data centre services at Tata Communications. “The new service puts the CIO back in control of their cloud and data centre estate, while ensuring the performance, scalability, reliability and security that today’s global enterprises need in order to accelerate organisation-wide digital transformation.”
Tata’s IZO network platform consists of over 20 service providers, as well as major cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Office365, Amazon Web Service, Google Cloud Platform and Salesforce.
