Telekom Srbija’s privatisation was abandoned for the second time in December last year, and Rasim Ljajic, minister of foreign and domestic trade, has allegedly told local media that it will now implement “plan B”.
Ljajic has said that the government must act quickly given the intense competition the operator faces, and plans include an attempt to achieve compete digital coverage in the country.
Telekom Srbija is served by 9,000 employees in Serbia, with additional staff in Bosnia & Herzegovina and Montenegro.
