Virginia-based Telarix specialises in billing, settlement, trading, routing and price list management solutions for carriers, and the move is expected to help the company pursue growth opportunities in these areas.
It was sold by Edison Partners to Vista, which specialises in investing in software, data, and technology-enabled companies.
“We are excited to partner with Vista as we scale to meet the expanding and evolving needs of our clients,” said Glen Kazerman, CEO at Telarix. “With call volumes higher than ever, coupled with increased competition, service providers of all sizes including carriers, OTT’s and next-generation networks need to be able to seamlessly streamline all of their partner-related business processes. Together with Vista, we can continue to develop and deliver innovative solutions to help our customers do just that, while simultaneously optimising interconnect transactions and driving ROI.”
