C³BU owns and operates over 210 route miles of fibre open-access network in Columbia County, Georgia, and is a member of the Fiber Network Owner Alliance.
It offers 20GB of bandwidth capacity scalable to several hundred gigabits per shelf, and serves community anchor institutions consisting of government, education, public safety, and non-profit players across 180 facilities.

Its next generation internet exchange solutions include software-defined network (SDN) peering, testing and collaboration through its Southeast Network Access Point (SNAP).
