FiberLight undergoes major corporate rebranding

FiberLight, a fibre connectivity solutions partner, has revamped its corporate branding strategy, with a new logo, updated messaging and a redesigned website.

The company says it is entering a ‘new and exciting chapter of its evolution’ and that the refreshed branding and messaging will more accurately align with the company’s positioning and the expectations of its customers and partners.

“The communications industry is changing at a breakneck pace, and digital transformation is a concept all our customers and partners are embracing,” said Don MacNeil, chief executive officer at FiberLight. “Cloud computing, the internet of things and 5G are forcing network operators and commercial organisations alike to deploy more flexible networks which can grow with increasing data flows. FiberLight’s rebrand demonstrates our commitment to bringing to market future-focused solutions that empower our customers to realise all the benefits of these disruptive technologies.”

In May the company announced the launch of its Near-Net Program, a tool designed to help drive transactional business by pre-qualifying high value near-net buildings in key metro areas. The same month, it also lauched a new cloud connect service, offering customers dedicated connectivity to cloud providers including the likes of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, IBM, Oracle and Google Cloud.

“Although the rebrand announced today doesn’t change who FiberLight is or what we stand for, it does allow us to more effectively align ourselves with the companies that can benefit from optical solutions delivered over unique and diversely constructed, mission-critical network infrastructure,” added KevinCoyne, chief operating officer at FiberLight. “Because of FiberLight’s network breadth and depth, we have always been a great partner for scalable bandwidth solutions in some of the country’s most innovative cities. This refreshed brand strategy will help ensure we’re able to share the FiberLight story with a wider audience who can benefit from our unparalleled value proposition.”

FiberLight says it continues to use its expertise in developing collaborative lit and dark fibre solutions while at the same time continuing to expand its product and service offerings underscoring its commitment to providing customers and partners with the necessary network infrastructure to keep pace with the evolving technology landscape.
