CTMEA, a subsidiary of China Telecom Global (CTG), has deployed its network nodes in Teraco’s data centres in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg since 2012, providing the interconnect hub with global internet resources into Africa.
Through the partnership, Teraco will pair is data centre services with CTG’s ICT solutions, meeting the increasing demands from companies going into Africa, particularly those from Asia-Pacific. Teraco has Tier III+ data centres in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg with facilities for multi-national companies to co-locate their servers.
