Together the ThousandEyes platform combined with Orange’s expertise in data analytics gives users improved digital experience delivered across the Internet to cloud service providers (CSPs), internet service providers (ISPs) and content providers (CPs).
Orange Business Services says it will power this partnership to provide its customers with leading-edge enterprise-grade managed Internet, multi-cloud connectivity and SD-WAN visibility services.

In addition, due to the ability of the ThousandEyes platform to optimise the migration process, it supports the goal of Orange Business Services to follow its customers globally in its cloud and SD-WAN transformation journeys. The platform allows Orange to monitor quality of experience at both the application and network level, as well as speed up troubleshooting in case of Internet-related performance issues. As a result, customers will be able to gain insight into the internal and external dependencies that impact the end-user experience.

Orange has already rolled out the ThousandEyes platform to a number of customers including a German industrial manufacturer, who used it to determine the best cloud connectivity solution in China.
