New Jersey-based Dialogic partners with mobile operators, system integrators and technology developers to deploy its solutions via its worldwide network of offices. Dialogic's revenue over the next twelve months is projected to be between $58 million and $63 million.

Dialogic's infrastructure products offer Session Border Controller (SBC) and several software-based network solutions to communication service providers. This combination enables the transformation from legacy time division multiplexing (TDM) to next-generation network platforms.
Acquisitions form a large part of Enghouse's overall growth and diversification strategy. Enghouse primarily focuses on acquiring software and services firms with applications solutions and existing customer bases, but will also consider technology-only acquisitions.
2019 was a busy year on the acquisition front for Enghouse after it bought Eptica, Espial Group, Vidyo, and ProOpti. In Q4 2019, Enghouse Networks released a new scalable and flexible monetisation solution to support the complex internet of things (IoT) supply chain.
