As part of this new collaboration, CSG will deploy Singleview, a real-time charging, billing, customer and revenue management solution to help Unitel boost process agility, enhance customer experience and reduce costs.

The solution will use CSG’s Interconnect product for managing wholesale, settlement, cost/revenue allocation; Total Service Mediation for real-time usage management and CDR collections; and CSG Activation for provisioning and activation.
Additionally, the new solution will enable Unitel to deliver a wide range of services including prepaid and postpaid mobile, VoIp, IPTV, WTTx broadband access, enterprise services, and DTH and OTT TV.
