As lead consultant, Arc will consult on network configuration, tendering, supply contract negotiation and documentation, as well as overall project management for the system.

The 1,300km Orient Express cable will connect Karachi and Gwadar in Pakistan, and Kalba in the UAE. The system forms part of China’s belts and roads strategic trade policy initiative.

Once complete, the Orient Express cable will offer high-bandwidth capacity, internet services, and transit facilities with low latency for local customers.
