Szlosarek (pictured) joins as a non-executive director where he will assist in setting policy and planning but without participating in the day-to-day management of the companies.

An industry veteran, Szlosarek has been a part of the telecoms industry for the past 17 years. His career includes serving as Chief Technology Officer, Chief Operating Officer for Sales and Marketing , and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Epsilon Telecommunications.
A UK native, his telecoms career has seen Szlosarek live in continental Europe and Asia over the past 20 years, and he has now settled in Singapore.

The news follows the appointment of Michel Robert as the new group chief executive officer of Epsilon.
And only last month, Craig Forrester was named the new chief financial officer at Epsilon also succeeding Szlosarek.
