The development followed a white label partnership between Passage and US cloud solutions operator Voxox, and is the first implementation of Voxox Cloud Phone on the African continent.
Supporting business customers outside of major urban areas, Business Call Solutions will feature Voxox' patent-pending VoIP codec, for high quality voice calls in poor bandwidth conditions.

Voxox is hosting Passage Telecom's service from its US and European data centres and supports Passage local billing in Nigeria through a merchant payment gateway integration. Voxox Unified Communications Platform as a Service (UCPaaS) is integrated into Passage Telecom's network through SIP and SMPP connectivity.

Passage will later introduce TextMeIn from VOXOX, text message marketing solution, which will enable the small businesses to prepare and launch bulk SMS campaigns, a service currently only available through specialized carriers to large enterprises.
