In her new role, Finch will be responsible for delivering the final stages of Three’s IT transformation programme, working with the company’s product teams to deliver system improvements that will result in better customer experience.
Specifically, she will be bringing together all existing IT functions at Three UK under one management team comprised of 130 employees, with additional contractor and partner resources.
To the role Finch brings a wealth of experience in telecoms and utilities infrastructure, having previously served as group CIO and chief of staff at Centrica, as well as 8 years’ experience in digital transformation roles at Vodafone.

At the same time, Three has also named Peter Gilson at director of RAN for Three UK.
In his new position, Gilson is responsible for the design, build and performance of Three UK’s network, using Three's 100MHz of contiguous spectrum to deliver the UK's fastest 5G network and enhance its 4G network.
With more than 20 years of industry experience Gilson most recently worked at O2, managing the relationship with Vodafone and Cornerstone as part of their network sharing agreement.
