Vantage nominates remaining supervisory board

Tower infrastructure operator Vantage Towers has completed its nomination of the remaining members of its supervisory board.

Made up of nine members, the supervisory board will be led by chairman Dr. Rüdiger Grube (pictured) to bring its experience of the tower sector and telecoms industry, strong operational and M&A experience to the business.

The first is Katja van Doren, who currently serves as Chief financial officer and chief human resources officer at RWE Generation SE. She is expected to take the role of the chair of the Vantage Towers Remuneration and Nomination Committee following her election.

Next is Charles C. Green III, a co-founder and previously the executive chairman of Helios Towers. With 23 years of towers experience and having led 20 tower M&A transactions in 14 countries on 4 continents, he is expected to take on the role of the chair of the Vantage Towers Audit and Risk Committee following his election.

Terry Rhodes was also nominated and is a co-founder and previously the CEO of Eaton Towers. With over 30 years of telecoms experience, earlier in his career Rhodes was a co-founder of Celtel, the African mobile telecoms company, where he served as Deputy CEO.

Other previously agreed member of the Vantage Towers SUPERVISORY BOARD includes:

Rosemary Martin, Vodafone Group general counsel and company secretary who has been designated deputy chair of the supervisory board of Vantage Towers.

Johan Wibergh, Vodafone Group chief technology officer; Michael Bird, Vodafone Group M&A director; Barbara Cavaleri, Vodafone Italy finance director; and Pinar Yemez, human resources director at Vodafone Group Functions and Vodafone Business.
